How We Work

End-to-End Manufacturing Process

From initial design consultation to final shipment, every step is engineered for precision, quality, and efficiency.

Design & Engineering Review

Our engineering team reviews your 3D CAD files (STEP, IGES, STL) and conducts DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis. We provide mold flow simulation reports and design optimization suggestions before tooling begins.

Mold Design & Fabrication

In-house mold design team creates detailed mold drawings using SolidWorks and UG NX. Molds are fabricated on our 5-axis CNC machining centers, EDM, and wire-cutting machines. Mold steel options: S136, 718H, H13, P20, NAK80.

Mold Trial & Sampling

First-shot samples (T0/T1) are produced and inspected. We provide full dimensional reports, material certification, and surface quality analysis. Mold adjustments are made iteratively until samples meet all specifications.

Material Preparation

Raw plastic materials (PP, ABS, PC, PA6/66, POM, TPU, etc.) are sourced from certified suppliers (Sabic, BASF, DuPont, LG Chem). Materials are pre-dried to precise moisture levels and can be color-matched to your specifications.

Mass Production

Production runs on our 50+ servo-hydraulic injection machines (80T–1600T). Real-time process monitoring ensures consistent cycle times, temperature control, injection pressure, and part weight. Automated robotic arms handle part removal and sprue separation.

Quality Inspection

Multi-stage QC: incoming material check, first-article inspection, in-process SPC monitoring, and 100% final visual/dimensional inspection. Equipment: CMM, 2D projector, digital height gauge, color spectrophotometer, and tensile tester.

Post-Processing & Assembly

Secondary operations as needed: ultrasonic welding, hot stamping, pad printing, laser engraving, painting, plating, and sub-assembly. All post-processing is done in-house for quality control and lead time management.

Packaging & Global Shipping

Products are packaged per your specifications — bulk, retail-ready, or custom packaging. We handle export documentation, FOB/CIF shipping, and can ship to any port worldwide. Standard lead time: 25–35 days.

Injection Molding Machines

50+ servo-hydraulic machines from Haitian, Yizumi, and Chen Hsong. Tonnage range: 80T to 1600T for parts from 1g to 8kg.

CNC Machining Centers

5-axis CNC mills and EDM machines for precision mold fabrication with tolerances down to ±0.01mm.

Quality Control Lab

Fully equipped QC lab with CMM, optical comparator, tensile tester, hardness tester, and environmental test chambers.

Automated Auxiliary Systems

Robotic part removal, centralized material drying & conveying, mold temperature controllers, and automated packaging lines.

Real-Time MES Monitoring

Manufacturing Execution System tracks production parameters, OEE, quality data, and traceability in real time.

Material Testing Lab

MFI tester, moisture analyzer, DSC thermal analysis, and impact tester to verify raw material properties before production.

Quality Assurance

Rigorous Quality Control System

Every product undergoes multi-stage inspection to ensure it meets your exact specifications.

Incoming Material Inspection

Every batch of raw material is tested for MFI, density, moisture content, and mechanical properties before use.

First-Article Inspection

Complete dimensional report and visual inspection of first-shot samples before mass production approval.

In-Process SPC Control

Statistical process control with regular sampling during production. Key parameters monitored and recorded continuously.
