Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces for injection molded parts. However, we also support prototype and small-batch runs (100–500 pcs) for new product development. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Typical lead time is 25–35 days: 15–20 days for mold fabrication, 5–7 days for sampling and approval, and 5–8 days for production. Express shipping available for urgent orders.
Absolutely. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements with all clients and strictly protect your designs, molds, and proprietary information. Your molds remain your property and will never be used for other clients.
We process: PP, ABS, PC, PA6/PA66, POM, TPU/TPE, PET, PMMA, PPS, PEEK, LCP, and various engineering plastics. We can source specialty materials upon request.
