Every mold we produce passes through 12 inspection checkpoints — from incoming material verification to final pre-shipment inspection. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system ensures every mold meets or exceeds customer specifications.
We employ advanced metrology equipment including Zeiss CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), Keyence 3D laser scanners, optical comparators, and spectrometer material analyzers. All measurement data is documented and provided with the final inspection report.
