CNC Precision Machining

5-axis and 3-axis CNC milling, CNC turning (Swiss-type & conventional), wire EDM, and grinding. Tolerances down to ±0.005mm for complex geometries in metals and alloys. Our 80+ CNC machines run 24/7 for maximum production efficiency.

Metal Stamping & Forming

Progressive die stamping (25T–400T), deep drawing, blanking, piercing, bending, and coining. In-house die design and manufacturing. Capable of processing 50M+ pieces monthly with consistent quality.

Cold Heading & Thread Rolling

Multi-station cold heading for fasteners and custom-shaped parts. Thread rolling for superior thread strength and finish. High-speed production with excellent material utilization.

Surface Treatment

Precision Finishing & Plating

Comprehensive surface treatment options for corrosion resistance, aesthetics, and wear protection

Zinc Plating

Clear / Blue / Yellow / Black zinc with trivalent chromium passivation. RoHS compliant. 8–25μm thickness.

Nickel & Chrome Plating

Bright nickel, electroless nickel, decorative chrome, and hard chrome for wear resistance.

Anodizing

Clear, colored, and hard anodizing for aluminum parts. MIL-A-8625 and ISO standards.

Powder Coating & E-Coating

Epoxy, polyester, and hybrid powder coating. Cathodic e-coating for superior corrosion protection.

Polishing & Brushing

Mechanical polishing, electropolishing, and wire brushing for decorative and functional finishes.

Passivation

Nitric acid and citric acid passivation for stainless steel. ASTM A967 and ASTM A380 standards.

Heat Treatment

Quenching & tempering, carburizing, nitriding, carbonitriding, induction hardening, and annealing.

Laser Marking

Permanent laser engraving for logos, batch numbers, serial numbers, and compliance markings.

3-Step Quality Inspection System

IQC

Incoming Quality Control

Raw material inspection with spectrometer analysis, hardness testing, and dimensional verification. Every batch of material is verified before entering production.

IPQC

In-Process Quality Control

Real-time SPC (Statistical Process Control) monitoring during production. First-piece inspection, in-process sampling, and machine capability studies (Cpk ≥ 1.33).

OQC

Outgoing Quality Control

Final inspection per AQL sampling standards (AQL 1.0 / 0.65). Full dimensional reports, surface finish verification, and packaging inspection before shipment.
