Our Story

From Local Factory to Global Food Partner

Founded in 2010, PURE FOOD MANUFACTURER started as a small food processing workshop with a singular mission: to produce safe, high-quality processed food that meets international standards. Over the past 15+ years, we have grown into a comprehensive food manufacturing enterprise serving clients across 50+ countries.

Our journey has been driven by continuous investment in technology, talent, and quality systems. Today, our GMP-certified facility spans over 20,000 square meters, equipped with automated production lines and an in-house testing laboratory that ensures every shipment meets the strictest international requirements.

Processing Workshop

10,000-class cleanroom environment with automated temperature (18-22°C) and humidity (45-55% RH) control. Stainless steel equipment throughout, CIP cleaning systems, and positive pressure air filtration.

In-House Laboratory

Equipped with HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-MS, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and microbiology testing suites. Full physicochemical, microbiological, heavy metal, pesticide residue, and allergen testing capabilities.

Warehousing & Logistics

5,000 sqm climate-controlled warehouse with real-time inventory management. Ambient, chilled (0-4°C), and frozen (-18°C) storage zones. Dedicated export documentation and container loading team.

BRCGS Grade A Certification

Achieved BRCGS Food Safety certification, opening doors to major global retail chains.

2022

Global Expansion

Expanded export network to 50+ countries. FDA registered and Halal certified.

BRCGS AA+ & Beyond

Upgraded to BRCGS Grade AA+. Launched clean-label product line. Continuing to innovate.
