After three years of intensive R&D, our engineering team has achieved what many in the industry considered impossible: a structural aluminum frame with a sightline of just 20 millimeters, while maintaining U-values below 1.0 W/m²K.

The Challenge of Minimalist Design

Architects have long demanded narrower frames to maximize glazing area and create cleaner, more contemporary facades. However, reducing frame dimensions traditionally meant compromising on thermal performance — thinner profiles simply couldn't accommodate the thermal breaks and insulation required for modern energy standards.

Our engineering team approached this challenge from first principles, rethinking every component of the window system from the ground up.

A Breakthrough in Thermal Break Technology

The key innovation in the Ultra-Slim Series is our new micro-cellular polyamide thermal break. By incorporating a high-density foam core within a reinforced PA66 structure, we achieved a thermal barrier that delivers U-values below 1.0 W/m²K even within the reduced profile depth of our 20mm sightline design.

This thermal break was developed in partnership with a leading German polymer science institute and represents a significant advancement over traditional solid polyamide strips.

Finish Options

The Ultra-Slim Series comes with our full range of finish options, including AAMA 2605-compliant powder coating in over 200 RAL colors, anodized finishes in clear, bronze, and black, and our new matte-textured "Soft Touch" finish that resists fingerprints and smudging.
